With a passion for food, but no knowledge of the industry I founded the sushi chain www.letzsushi.dk in 2003. I expanded it organically year by year until 2017 where I sold it. In 2017 LETZ SUSHI had 16 branches in Denmark and was and still is the biggest sushichain in Denmark
Along the jurney I had 3 children and worklife balance is therefor very familier to me. In 2021 I moved to Dubai with my husband and 3 children.
As a Business Angel, I invest my own money in small or medium-sized companies.

When do you need a Business Angel?
You need support from experienced business professionals, but don't have the money to pay for expensive consultants. Then you can instead pay with a share of the company (this is also called smart money)
You have a business that requires a lot of money in the start-up (typically a product must be developed before it can be sold), and therefore money must be spent before the business earns enough to be self-sufficient.
You have found the right product and have proven that money can be made from it. You now want to expand to, for example, abroad and therefore need knowledge/capital.
